Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Identify, assess, interpret, analyze, and clarify client UI/UX needs

• Create UI/UX requirements documentation to meet client expectations

• Convey UI/UX requirements to cross-functional team members and management

• Track and communicate project status and progress throughout the project lifecycle

• Research and document the influence of previous projects on future deliverables

• Ensure that static content modifications are well-documented and flagged for language translations when necessary

• Add and adjust multi-language static content via a cloud-based Content Management System (CMS)

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent experience

• Three (3) years of experience as a Business Analyst in a software development environment

• At least one (1) year of experience as a User Experience Business Analyst

• Familiarity with one or more software development methodologies, such as Waterfall or Agile

• Understanding of all phases of the project life cycle

• Experience in the healthcare domain is an advantage

• Strong verbal, writing/documentation, communication, organizational, and time management skills

• Exceptional analytical and multitasking abilities

• Strong collaboration skills

• Capacity to manage multiple concurrent projects and adjust priorities based on business needs

• Proficiency in using software and peripherals related to job duties

• Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with business stakeholders, managers, staff, and team members

• Competence in moderating discussions and managing diverse viewpoints

• Proficient in writing for various contexts and audiences

• Quick ability to understand complex data and project objectives

• Capability to communicate decision rationales and potential outcomes to stakeholders

• Ability to identify and articulate project challenges, underlying issues, goals, and objectives
