Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Evaluate customer requirements

• Facilitate workshops for requirements gathering, high-level design, and detailed design

• Anticipate and challenge customer needs to propose high-value solutions

• Assist customers in transforming their information systems

• Create solutions and draft functional specifications or User Stories

• Develop test strategies and prepare test plans

• Oversee and support the execution of testing campaigns

• Clarify user requirements and act as the main point of reference for functional issues

• Serve as the intermediary between technical teams and stakeholders

• Mentor and support other team members, particularly functional analysts and developers

• Participate in projects involving Aero-Webb® software for the aerospace and defense industries

⛳️ Requirements

• Graduate from an engineering school or possess a Master’s degree

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position

• Excellent interpersonal skills with a service-oriented approach

• Enjoy collaborative teamwork

• Strong proficiency in written and spoken English is a must

• Essential skills in Microsoft Office

• Curiosity, initiative, and readiness to work collaboratively

• Significant experience with Agile projects is advantageous

• Comprehensive understanding of Agile principles and practices, ideally including Scrum or Kanban
