This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Vietnam.
• Collect, analyze, and document both business and functional requirements through workshops, interviews, and collaborative sessions.
• Develop User Stories utilizing Given/When/Then Acceptance Criteria for developers and QA teams.
• Evaluate and comment on Figma wireframes and user flows to ensure alignment with requirements.
• Lead 3 Amigos sessions prior to each sprint.
• Confirm that stories fulfill the Definition of Ready before sprint planning commences.
• Transfer requirements to the development and QA teams while providing Q&A support during sprints.
• Engage in sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Maintain requirement traceability throughout acceptance testing.
• Serve as the liaison between clients and the internal delivery team.
• Evaluate requests against MVP boundaries and manage scope modifications.
• Suggest phased or simplified alternatives and oversee the post-MVP backlog.
• Conduct client walkthroughs, sprint demonstrations, and UAT sessions.
• Sort feedback and differentiate between defects and scope additions.
• Generate status updates, decision logs, and records of scope changes.
• Review deliverables against acceptance criteria and monitor defects.
• Identify compliance factors including CASS, AML, and data privacy regulations.
• Contribute to the enhancement of BA practices, templates, and working methodologies.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst on software delivery projects.
• Proficient in writing User Stories with well-defined, structured Acceptance Criteria.
• Extensive experience in Agile delivery, including Scrum, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
• Skills in requirement elicitation through workshops, stakeholder interviews, process analysis, and gap identification.
• Capability to manage and defend scope, negotiate phased alternatives, and document decisions effectively.
• Strong communication skills with both non-technical clients and cross-functional technical teams.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and Figma at a review and annotation level as a minimum requirement.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills.
• Competence in independently creating client-facing documentation and presenting clearly under pressure.
