Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the complete client experience for a range of smaller recurring services engagements.

• Effectively manage daily delivery and handle business-as-usual (BAU) requests independently.

• Facilitate client discussions and meetings, set priorities, highlight decisions, and eliminate obstacles.

• Organize competing priorities, ensure backlogs are healthy, and monitor service usage along with backlog burn-down.

• Actively identify operational gaps and propose valuable future initiatives.

• Convert customer needs into backlog items and practical configurations within Sitetracker.

• Enhance platform usage, encourage adoption, improve service velocity, and boost customer satisfaction and retention.

• Develop reusable materials and operational templates for client-facing purposes.

• Independently manage recurring services engagements with minimal supervision.

• Navigate fundamental Salesforce concepts such as objects, fields, layouts, and basic flows or rules.

• Configure and sustain functional settings within Sitetracker or similar platform software.

• Troubleshoot standard platform and BAU service-related issues.

• Collect business requirements and convert them into actionable backlog items or user stories.

• Implement best practices for Sitetracker configuration.

• Transform complex client operational workflows into functional Sitetracker solutions.

• Handle multiple client workloads concurrently and manage a high-volume client portfolio.

• Quickly adapt to platform updates and understand customer business processes.
