📋 Description

• Formulate and implement the strategy for claims migration.

• Establish migration objects, logic, business rules, and the mappings between source and target systems.

• Evaluate and organize business requirements pertaining to claims processes, DIOSS transactions and interfaces, as well as cross-system topics.

• Develop business concepts, requirements, and documentation for migration implementation decisions.

• Define and prepare specifications for customer documents and outputs.

• Identify and evaluate business gaps, dependencies, and associated risks.

• Create appropriate solution strategies and actionable recommendations.

• Collaborate closely with Business, IT, Architecture, Migration, and other relevant stakeholders.

• Organize and facilitate business and decision-making meetings.

• Offer business support during technical implementation and migration testing phases.

• Establish validation, testing, and acceptance criteria.

• Conduct business quality assurance and authorize implemented solutions.

• Document outcomes and decisions, ensuring appropriate follow-up actions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.

• Significant experience in the insurance sector, particularly in claims.

• Strong expertise in process analysis and optimization.

• Extensive background in requirements engineering and management.

• Proven experience in identifying business needs and deriving, specifying, and validating both business and system requirements.

• Capability to analyze and enhance existing and new systems from a business user standpoint.

• Experience in translating strategic and architectural guidelines into tangible processes and implementation projects.

• Skill in developing acceptance criteria and business test cases.

• Background in business quality assurance and acceptance processes.
