This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collect, analyze, and document both business and technical requirements.
• Lead collaborative sessions with product, engineering, data, and business subject matter experts (SMEs) to document current processes and establish target workflows.
• Convert requirements into user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria to guide the development and testing teams.
• Assess dependencies, risks, and data quality challenges.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure compliance with customer-approved technology specifications.
• Assist in impact analysis and change management activities during the transition to real-time, automated data exchange.
• Ensure requirements traceability, maintain decision logs, and support documentation.
• Relay project status updates, risks, and unresolved issues to program leadership and stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience.
• Over 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst on IT modernization, systems integration, or software delivery projects.
• Proficient in gathering and documenting business and technical requirements, including user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Knowledge of API-based integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft) and cloud/serverless architectures (e.g., AWS Lambda).
• Experience in facilitating stakeholder working sessions and translating business needs into actionable requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Must be a U.S. citizen and eligible for a Public Trust clearance or favorable suitability determination.
• Experience in mortgage, fintech, or other regulated industries is preferred but not required.
• Previous involvement with Federal customer programs or federal government agencies is preferred.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Agentforce, or similar CRM/AI-agent platforms is preferred.
• Experience with FedRAMP is preferred.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence is preferred.
• Business analysis certification (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is preferred.
• 100% remote work.

• Work hours from 8 AM to 5 PM ET.
