This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Collect, assess, and interpret business and functional requirements for a new, extensive digital platform.

• Collaborate closely with subject matter experts, global stakeholders, and the primary project team to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

• Assist in the design and detailed documentation of business processes and system capabilities.

• Contribute to the development of a system that facilitates terminology management workflows, advanced search capabilities, data management, and integration with other enterprise digital solutions.

• Oversee data migration, workflow, and knowledge management for a significant international digital transformation initiative.

⛳️ Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst.

• Demonstrated success in large-scale transformational projects with budgets exceeding €1M.

• Experience in projects delivered for public administration, military/defense, or international organizations.

• Outstanding ability to coordinate multiple, diverse groups of stakeholders.

• Proficient in English at a minimum C1 level.

• Strong understanding of BPMN, workflow systems, approval processes, and case management.

• Skilled in analyzing data sources, preparing data mapping, conducting Data Discovery, and defining migration rules.

• Familiarity with REST API, OAuth/OIDC, SSO, and system integrations; coding/programming knowledge is not required.

• Experience with User Stories, Backlog Management, Sprint Planning, UAT, and prototyping.

• Knowledge of CMS, Document Management, Enterprise Search, Taxonomies, and Metadata Management is a plus.

• Insight into Taxonomy, Ontology, RDF, SKOS, OWL, Knowledge Graph, and Semantic Search is beneficial.

• Proficiency in French at B1/B2 level is an added advantage.
