Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect and assess business requirements.

• Document various business processes.

• Assist in initiatives designed to enhance business operations.

• Act as a liaison between business needs and technical solutions.

• Help ensure that projects are completed on schedule and fulfill stakeholder expectations.

• Engage in a variety of projects within the finance, healthcare, and technology sectors.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.

• Demonstrated experience in gathering and documenting requirements.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.

• Experience with Salesforce or SAP is preferred.

• Knowledge of data visualization tools such as PowerBI is preferred.

• Understanding of digital transformation initiatives is preferred.

• Willingness to travel within the United States.

• Required work authorization.
