This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Mexico, +2 more states.
• Evaluate court workflows, operations, and judicial processes to pinpoint areas for improvement.
• Record both current and future business processes, functional requirements, and system interactions.
• Convert operational needs into actionable requirements for Product and Engineering teams.
• Perform data analysis and research to aid in solution design, configuration, and decision-making.
• Interact directly with customers throughout discovery, configuration, testing, and deployment phases.
• Lead requirements workshops, stakeholder interviews, and process review sessions with court staff.
• Offer expert guidance, subject-matter expertise, and recommendations for best practices.
• Assist in user acceptance testing, validate system configurations, and support rollout activities.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to ensure precise implementation of requirements.
• Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and documentation in JIRA.
• Generate process maps, requirements specifications, and training materials.
• Convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrate and provide training on the Court Case Management Application to clients.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned.
• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, or an equivalent amount of relevant experience is required.
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in court operations, case management, or judicial administration.
• Prior experience in a senior or lead Business Analyst position.
• Familiarity with judicial or government software applications is necessary.
• Proficient in JIRA or similar tools for creating user stories.
• Experience in supporting software implementations or large-scale system rollouts.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, customer-centric attitude.
• In-depth knowledge of court processes and relevant terminology.
• Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities at the same time.
• Highly adaptable and flexible.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong active listening abilities.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with clients and colleagues.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; advanced Excel skills are preferred.
• Experience with Jira, Monday, and Confluence.
• Ability to learn and effectively use various internal software applications.
• Capability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as within a team.
• Ability to multitask in a dynamic work environment.
• Willingness to work overtime when necessary.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Reliable high-speed internet for remote work is essential.
• Must be able to remain in a stationary position for the majority of the day.
• Regularly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery.
• Frequent communication via telephone and Teams is required.
