Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Create and sustain regular operational and executive reports

• Evaluate account performance metrics, trends, expenditures, work order activities, and provider effectiveness

• Assist in Quarterly Business Reviews, Executive Business Reviews, and client presentations

• Collaborate with Account Management to pinpoint risks, opportunities, and enhancements in processes

• Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data across reporting systems

• Address ad hoc reporting requests from clients and internal stakeholders

• Develop dashboards and visual representations to convey essential business insights

• Work alongside cross-functional teams to promote account growth and operational excellence

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Advanced skills in Excel

• Capability to handle large datasets and effectively communicate insights

• Strong organizational and project management competencies

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

• Familiarity with BI/reporting tools is preferred

• Experience with SQL, Looker, Power BI, or similar analytics tools is preferred

• Background in supporting enterprise accounts within a service, facilities, or operations setting is preferred
