Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.

📋 Description

• Concentrate on product components and operational features.

• Evaluate and assess client inquiries.

• Engage directly with clients and challenge their perspectives when necessary.

• Collaborate with Sales, Project Managers, Development, QA, and DevOps teams, along with the technical writer.

• Receive structured mentorship through shadowing experienced team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst.

• Demonstrated experience in direct client engagement.

• Practical experience in gathering and documenting requirements.

• Familiarity with trading environments; experience with FX systems is a significant advantage.

• Proficient in English.

• Strong interpersonal abilities.

• Capacity to confidently stand and present in front of clients.
