Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Engage with business stakeholders to comprehend their objectives, challenges, processes, and requirements.

• Collect, analyze, and convert business needs into concise and actionable specifications.

• Record business requirements, workflows, user stories, and criteria for acceptance.

• Evaluate existing processes and pinpoint viable opportunities for enhancement.

• Collaborate closely with project managers, product owners, and technical teams to clarify requirements and address inquiries throughout the delivery process.

• Aid in prioritizing requests while ensuring visibility into decisions, dependencies, risks, and unresolved issues.

• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing by preparing test scenarios, coordinating feedback, and validating solutions delivered against business requirements.

• Foster communication between business and technical stakeholders.

• Convey project updates, findings, requirements, and recommendations to various audiences.

• Support multiple initiatives and priorities while ensuring accurate and organized documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or in a comparable role.

• Practical experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.

• Proficient in documenting business processes, workflows, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

• Strong capability to engage stakeholders, pose effective questions, and translate business needs into actionable requirements.

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional business and technical teams.

• Proven experience supporting projects through implementation and User Acceptance Testing.

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Superior written and verbal communication abilities.

• Capacity to manage multiple priorities and drive issues to resolution.

• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and standard collaboration tools.

• Advanced English communication skills (C1) with the ability to collaborate effectively in an international team.

• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Visio, or similar tools for requirements and process documentation.

• Understanding of Agile delivery environments.

• Experience reviewing reports, KPIs, or business data to support analysis and decision-making.

• Familiarity with SQL, BI tools, or data-related projects.

• Background in supply chain, distribution, merchandising, or other large enterprise settings.

• Experience in identifying and recommending enhancements to business processes.
