Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Deliver on-site assistance at client sites for medium- and large-scale implementation projects and professional services.

• Serve as a liaison between clients and the organization to address and resolve issues.

• Execute system implementation, which includes configuration, operations, parallel runs, assisted operations, training, and user acceptance testing, followed by handover to the technical support team.

• Collaborate with Sales, Development, Project, and Customer Support teams.

• Collect client requirements.

• Record requirements and specifications in DevOps for development purposes.

• Monitor requests, conduct tests, and document activities using the tools provided by the company.

• Engage in meetings with clients and developers when necessary.

• Contribute to delivering an outstanding customer experience.

• Suggest and advocate for system or procedural enhancements to boost operational efficiency and improve outcomes.

• Basic understanding of database query tools; SQL knowledge is advantageous.

• Familiarity with Microsoft DevOps is a plus.

• Experience with remote support software—Freshdesk/help desk solutions is advantageous.

• Background in Agile methodologies is a plus.

• Degree in Information Technology is a plus.
