Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Work in close collaboration with clients and internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of various projects related to benefits administration solutions.

• Analyze, assess, and evaluate the needs of stakeholders.

• Perform functional and comprehensive testing of configured software.

• Lead the implementation, configuration, testing, and training of Bridgeway’s software suite with clients.

• Manage and execute multiple development projects, such as eligibility files and module installations.

• Convert business requirements into detailed specifications, user stories, user-centric solutions, and design documentation.

• Engage stakeholders in sessions for gathering requirements and reviewing solutions.

• Maintain communication with end users, executive sponsors, and IT personnel.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with stakeholder needs and business goals.

• Resolve customer inquiries or issues related to databases, system setups/configurations, product functionality, and business enhancements.

• Develop and sustain a thorough understanding of products, solutions, and capabilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in software implementation, including experience with external clients.

• Familiarity with the benefits administration or Taft-Hartley sector is advantageous.

• Capability to manage multiple projects, effectively prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity and conciseness.

• Exhibit strong initiative and a natural ability to learn in a complex and constantly changing technological landscape.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.

• A Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
