Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Facilitate discovery sessions and workshops with clients to collect, confirm, and document business requirements, workflows, and processes.

• Analyze current and future processes, pinpointing bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation.

• Create functional specifications, user stories, and process documentation to support automation implementation.

• Serve as a liaison between client stakeholders and BotCity’s technical team.

• Sustain and enhance the repository of business processes, workflows, and project documentation.

• Engage in testing activities to verify that solutions align with business requirements and quality standards.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams on solution implementation.

• Assist in change management by providing training materials, process documentation, and handover guides.

• Track process performance metrics and post-implementation results, including time savings and error reduction.

• Share best practices, templates, and manuals for process mapping and analysis within Professional Services.

• Report directly to the Delivery Manager.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Over 3 years of experience as a business or process analyst.

• Proven experience in process mapping within SaaS, consulting, or automation projects.

• Proficient in MS Office/Excel, Google Suite, and Notion.

• Fluent in Portuguese.

• Advanced proficiency in English.

• Willingness to travel as necessary to support events and connect with the team.

• Experience in supporting process improvement or digital transformation initiatives is preferred.

• Familiarity with BotCity products is a plus.

• Prior experience in a fast-paced, early-stage, high-growth startup environment is desirable.

• Understanding of agile methodologies is preferred.

• Advanced proficiency in Spanish is an advantage.

• Demonstrates ownership and has a proactive approach to action.

• Remains open to coaching and builds trust by actively seeking and responding to feedback.

• Prioritizes customer needs while communicating in a proactive, clear, and concise manner.
