Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Convert business requirements into detailed, concise, and actionable specifications.

• Lead the end-to-end process of requirements gathering, analysis, and refinement.

• Detect gaps, ambiguities, dependencies, edge cases, and possible risks.

• Investigate potential solutions and assist in shaping them with Product and Engineering teams.

• Organize and facilitate grooming sessions prior to the commencement of development.

• Create and update Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.

• Produce clear, consistent, and usable documentation for engineers, QA, and product teams.

• Work collaboratively with Product, Design, Engineering, Analytics, iOS, Android, Backend, and other stakeholders.

• Foster a shared understanding of challenges and solutions across cross-functional teams.

• Handle multiple concurrent tasks while maintaining context and meeting commitments.

• Proactively communicate risks and obstacles.

• Utilize AI tools for research, analysis, requirements refinement, and documentation, while validating outcomes and taking ownership of the final result.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Business Analyst role.

• Proven experience with B2C digital products and/or products that cater to a large user base.

• Excellent skills in requirements analysis with a keen attention to detail.

• Ability to clarify ambiguous needs into actionable requirements.

• Ownership mentality and capability to deliver consistently with minimal oversight.

• Proficient in managing multiple concurrent workstreams.

• Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle, including interactions between frontend/mobile and backend systems.

• Exceptional communication and documentation abilities.

• Capable of explaining complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Practical experience with AI tools and the ability to critically assess their outputs.

• Proficiency in English at an Upper Intermediate level.

• Preferred: experience with mobile products.

• Preferred: background in healthtech, wellness, or fitness products.

• Preferred: familiarity with UX/UI design principles and proficiency in Figma.
