Business Analyst 4 – Change Mgmt

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Assist in the processing and tracking of FAS DDI deliverables.

• Log, process, and route MES System requests, deliverables, and design documents to Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Project Managers (PMs).

• Provide support for Design, Development, and Implementation projects within the Change Management Office.

• Handle MES Operations and Maintenance (O&M) requests and deliverables.

• Work closely with vendors supplying MES modules and products.

• Collaborate with project team members, management, SMEs, and vendors on project requests and deliverables.

• Align change management workstreams and activities with the Project Management Office.

• Coordinate with program/project management regarding release transitions and deployment awareness.

• Fulfill change management requirements and tasks.

• Implement structured change management methodologies and lead related activities.

• Cultivate relationships with stakeholders.

• Act as a central IT contact for the Change Management team.

• Maintain project deliverable documents in designated project folders.

• Ensure that program/project documentation is accurately filed and versioned.

• Support project reporting and coordination efforts.

• Engage in all phases of the project Systems Development Life Cycle.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant work-related experience in an IT environment.

• Extensive knowledge and experience with Change and Release Management methodologies utilizing version control.

• Strong understanding and experience with the Systems Development Life Cycle.

• Proficiency in data entry and work order processing.

• Skilled in tracking and reporting, process control, and workflow management.

• Exceptional oral and written communication skills, along with excellent customer service capabilities for both internal and external clients.

• Experience in the healthcare sector is a preferred qualification.
