Business Advisor, Field Support Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Travel to and visit all franchise locations within designated territories to comprehend and assess their requirements.

• Assist franchise owners in refining their operations, marketing, and sales tactics.

• Evaluate P&L statements and pinpoint growth possibilities.

• Establish objectives with franchisees.

• Support franchisees during marketing initiatives, training programs, and technical setups.

• Serve as a liaison between franchise owners and the corporate support team.

• Celebrate achievements, address challenges, and ensure ongoing progress.

• Travel around 50% of the time while offering support to businesses in the assigned area.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience as a Business Advisor in a related field, preferably within the Sign industry.

• Experience in franchising is advantageous.

• Strong ability in analyzing budgets and P&L statements.

• Familiarity with retail marketing strategies and branding.

• Experience in project management and implementing best practices in the industry.

• Capability to advise on labor and vendor/supplier procurement issues.

• Excellent interpersonal skills for conveying new business processes and procedures.

• Valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance.

• Technical proficiency and ability to swiftly learn new technologies.

• Outstanding problem-solving abilities.

• Proficient in computer skills, including MS Office applications.

• Flexible scheduling and a willingness to travel at least 50% of the time.

• Familiarity with graphic design software, point-of-sale systems, and accounting software.
