This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom, +1 more country.
• Acquire new clients and enhance Annual Contract Value (ACV) for a designated group of accounts while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Prepare pricing proposals, negotiate contractual terms, and oversee the contract management process.
• Market communication solutions to both technical and business audiences.
• Identify high-value clients and guide the sales process from internal leads through to qualification and deal closure.
• Build enterprise account pipelines through direct sales efforts, strategic partnerships, and networking initiatives.
• Manage significant enterprise clients and achieve sales objectives.
• Cultivate relationships with C-level executives, key decision-makers, and enterprise stakeholders.
• Travel approximately 25% of the time to engage with customers and colleagues in person.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in Enterprise Sales.
• Proven history of personally selling and closing complex solutions to enterprise and software organizations.
• Strong background in identifying, mapping, and prospecting enterprise accounts.
• Demonstrated success in selling intricate, technical solutions such as cloud communication platforms, APIs, and/or enterprise software.
• Experience in account management, focusing on the development and management of large enterprise clients, as well as meeting or surpassing sales targets.
• Familiarity with working alongside Fortune 500 companies or similarly sized enterprises.
• Experience in a quota-driven setting with a proven ability to close substantial deals (e.g., in the six to seven-figure range).
• Proficiency in solution-based or consultative selling methodologies.
• Strong negotiation and contract management abilities, particularly with complex deals that have extended sales cycles.
• Skills in prospecting and lead generation through direct sales, partnerships, and networking.
• Capacity to develop and maintain relationships with C-level executives, decision-makers, cross-functional partners, and essential stakeholders.
• Excellent presentation and negotiation capabilities.
• Comfort in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
• Knowledge of the CPaaS ecosystem, cloud communications, APIs, telecommunications industry trends, and enterprise technology architecture is preferred.
