Building Support Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Provide technical assistance and direction to franchisees during the construction phase.

• Aid in estimating, managing variations, and resolving build-related issues.

• Support adherence to QBCC licensing and compliance regulations.

• Conduct business reviews for franchises and assist in their business planning.

• Oversee franchise compliance with established systems, processes, and standards.

• Assist franchisees with Stonewood systems and procedures.

• Help with procurement arrangements and maintain supplier relationships.

• Support new franchisees as they transition into active operations.

• Collaborate closely with franchise owners across Queensland to provide technical advice, compliance assistance, and operational guidance.

⛳️ Requirements

• A valid QBCC Builder Licence (Open or Unrestricted preferred).

• Experience in residential construction, estimating, or project management.

• A strong grasp of Queensland's residential building practices.

• Capability to work independently across various locations and businesses.

• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Experience with franchise networks or multiple business owners is a plus.
