Building & Energy Expert Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Assess the needs of members and provide guidance on renovation, energy efficiency, and construction projects.

• Support members throughout their projects from inception to completion.

• Lead negotiations pertaining to contracts and investments within the building industry.

• Strive to achieve an optimal balance of quality, cost, and impact.

• Identify, evaluate, and oversee a network of local suppliers and technical partners.

• Offer members clear and accessible technical and regulatory knowledge.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with the Markets and Sales Network teams.

• Assist members in their capacities as project owners.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's to Master's degree (or equivalent).

• A minimum of 10 years of substantial experience in the building sector.

• Extensive experience in managing and supporting projects, which includes construction supervision, design engineering, or roles as an owner's representative/technical advisor.

• Exceptional listening abilities.

• Strong advisory capabilities.

• Proficient in articulating technical concepts to non-specialists.

• Robust analytical and synthesis skills.

• Commercial insight to effectively manage intricate purchasing projects.
