Building and Equipment Consultant – M/F

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Assess the needs of members

• Provide advice and support to members during their renovation, energy efficiency, or construction projects

• Facilitate contract and investment discussions within targeted building sector markets

• Ensure an optimal balance between quality, cost, and impact

• Identify, evaluate, and manage a network of local suppliers and technical partners

• Offer members clear and accessible technical and regulatory knowledge

• Assist members in their responsibilities as project owners

• Collaborate across teams with the Markets and Sales Network departments

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s to Master’s degree or equivalent qualification

• Minimum of 10 years of extensive experience in the building and construction industry

• Significant background in managing and supporting projects, including construction oversight, engineering consultancy, or serving as an owner's representative/technical advisor

• Exceptional listening abilities

• Strong advisory approach

• Capability to convey technical ideas clearly to non-experts

• Robust analytical and synthesis skills

• Commercial insight and negotiation skills essential for successfully executing complex procurement projects
