Builder Loan Officer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Cultivate authentic relationships with clients and referral partners.

• Comprehend each borrower's priorities and guide them through the mortgage options available.

• Oversee every aspect of the mortgage process from application through to closing.

• Establish clear expectations throughout the loan process.

• Provide an outstanding client experience at every phase.

• Remain informed about market trends, product updates, and compliance regulations.

• Develop and expand a mortgage loan origination business.

• Collaborate with real estate professionals and maintain referral relationships.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of continuous, recent experience in mortgage loan origination.

• Proven understanding of the entire loan lifecycle.

• Valid Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license in good standing with the NMLS for the relevant state(s), or the capability to obtain licensing within 60 days of employment.

• Demonstrated history of successful loan origination.

• Established network of referrals including realtors, builders, and industry professionals.

• Capacity to effectively manage a steady loan pipeline.

• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex financial information and facilitate sound lending decisions.

• Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
