Brokerage Processing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Evaluate new applications and finalize the establishment of new brokerage accounts.

• Manage contributions received and oversee asset movement tasks.

• Conduct suitability reviews of new accounts as necessary.

• Assess pending applications and customer requests on a daily basis.

• Provide status updates to both internal and external clients.

• Compose customer correspondence as required.

• Support recurring monthly and quarterly audits, reporting, and project initiatives.

• Address a variety of client requests and handle escalated situations.

• Collaborate with management and colleagues to fulfill daily deliverables.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or a comparable combination of education and relevant work experience.

• Over 1 year of experience in brokerage services or operations within the financial services sector.

• Required FINRA registrations: Series 7, 24, and 63.

• FINRA fingerprinting is mandatory.

• Familiarity with NetX 360 or Pershing is advantageous.

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Exceptional communication and organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail.

• Capability to multitask and prioritize assignments in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficient in collaborating with all levels of management and team members.

• Experience in managing escalated situations effectively.

• Must possess authorization to work for any employer in the U.S.; employment visa sponsorship, including CPT/OPT, is not available.
