This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Execute sales strategies endorsed by the company, ensuring alignment with industry standards, company policies, and compliance regulations.
• Achieve significant target premium sales through collaborations with third-party producers.
• Provide both point-of-sale and post-sale support, fostering strong relationships with producers and clients.
• Build and strengthen connections with independent retail producers, institutional account offices, branch managers, and insurance specialists.
• Participate in ongoing training, program enhancements, and peer-support study groups.
• Offer expert guidance in case design and assist in the preparation of sales presentations for producers.
• Work in conjunction with new business and marketing teams to suggest carrier, product, and pricing options.
• Utilize CRM technology for effective reporting and documentation practices.
• Create customer profiling strategies to optimize sales opportunities with existing and potential clients.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
• A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• More than 3 years of experience in life insurance sales and/or wholesaling is required.
• A strong focus on client-facing point-of-sale interactions and/or personal production in life insurance planning is essential.
• Direct client engagement and individual insurance production are prioritized over wholesaling activities.
• A self-motivated individual actively seeking sales opportunities and building new relationships.
• Possess confidence and determination in enhancing client relationships.
• Familiarity with new business and underwriting processes, including the ability to re-evaluate cases that differ from the application.
• Intermediate to advanced understanding of insurance products and technical planning techniques.
• Capability to present concepts to groups ranging from 2 to 50 individuals.
• Any of the following designations: CLU, ChFC, or CFP is desirable.
• Possession of Series 7 and/or Series 24, Series 6, Series 63, and Life, Accident & Health licenses is required.
• Experience with financial advisors within institutional relationships and Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs) is advantageous.
