Brokerage Auditing Analyst – Healthcare

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Oversee and assess broker data to ensure compliance.

• Lead the resolution of discrepancies.

• Prepare responses for various audits.

• Develop, evaluate, and track broker compliance data for the Marketplace Broker Oversight team.

• Administer broker audits, perform audits, and supervise brokers for subsequent actions.

• Design dashboards, utilize Smartsheet, and generate reports to track broker compliance.

• Engage with brokers concerning requests for audit information and ensure follow-up.

• Lead, oversee, and/or participate in intricate special projects and planning efforts involving complaint oversight.

• Provide education to brokers on audit outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess authorization to work in the U.S. without requiring employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in public health policy, regulatory compliance, or auditing, ideally within a managed care or insurance sector.

• Proficient in handling large data sets.

• High-level expertise in Excel, Power BI, and the creation of PowerPoint presentations.

• Capable of achieving weekly/monthly audit completion goals.

• Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

• Ability to generate intricate Excel reports.

• Experience collaborating with brokers, sales, and within the insurance domain.

• Preference for candidates with investigative experience.

• Skilled in conveying broker audit findings in a one-on-one educational format.

• Strong critical thinking abilities.
