Brewery Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Promote the complete product range of Boston Beer Company.

• Concentrate on selling products and/or enhancing the variety of product lines in retail locations, including bars/restaurants, liquor/grocery stores, and convenience stores.

• Identify key accounts that are not currently offering Boston Beer Company products and formulate strategies to establish business relationships with them.

• Enhance account conditions and merchandising by constructing displays, reorganizing coolers, and showcasing point-of-sale materials.

• Collaborate with distributors to guarantee that orders are fulfilled, products are received, and business expands within accounts.

• Conduct training for waitstaff and bartenders, organize beer tastings, and host evening promotions.

• Travel regularly within the market to service retailers and wholesalers.

• Attend occasional meetings and training sessions.

• Occasionally work weekends and holidays as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside in Nashville, TN.

• At least 1 year of demonstrated results-oriented experience in outside sales or within the food & beverage sector.

• Strong competitive drive combined with an assertive and confident demeanor.

• Valid driver's license is required.

• Must have a registered and insured vehicle.

• Capability to continuously drive to and from accounts.

• Ability to frequently lift and move cases of beer.

• Must be able to climb, kneel, and stoop to arrange and display point-of-sale materials regularly.

• A bachelor's degree is preferred.
