Brewery Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana.

📋 Description

• Promote the complete product range of the Boston Beer Company.

• Concentrate on selling products and/or increasing the variety of product lines in retail establishments, including bars/restaurants, liquor/grocery stores, and convenience stores.

• Identify key accounts that are not currently offering BBC products and create strategies to establish a business relationship with them.

• Enhance account conditions and merchandising by constructing displays, reorganizing coolers, and showcasing point-of-sale materials.

• Collaborate with distributors to ensure orders are placed, products are delivered, and business growth is achieved at accounts.

• Facilitate waitstaff/bartender training, conduct beer tastings, and organize evening promotions.

• Regularly travel within the market to service retailers and wholesalers.

• Attend occasional meetings and training sessions that require travel.

• Occasionally work weekends and holidays to meet business needs.

• Operate independently in a customer-facing field sales position.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 1 year of demonstrated success in outside sales or experience within the food & beverage sector.

• Strong competitive drive accompanied by an assertive and confident personality.

• Possession of a valid driver's license, a registered and insured vehicle, and the capability to drive to and from accounts consistently.

• Ability to frequently lift and move cases of beer.

• Capability to climb, kneel, and stoop regularly to arrange and showcase point-of-sale materials.

• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
