This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead initiatives that safeguard the Company's brands, reputation, and online policies.
• Oversee Brand Registry on marketplace platforms and take action against unauthorized sellers as needed.
• Manage the Authorized Online Reseller (AOR) program, which includes resolving unauthorized listings, handling dealer agreements and inquiries, managing marketplace RFPs, and ensuring compliance with MAP/AOR policies.
• Identify, investigate, document, and escalate unauthorized third-party listings and sellers on Amazon and other marketplaces.
• Handle dealer outreach, formal escalation letters, marketplace case submissions, and communications with Field leadership and Brand Management.
• Coordinate new AOR applications, annual renewals, dealer agreements, storefront decisions, and marketplace strategies with senior management.
• Create and maintain an organized repository for program documentation.
• Manage marketplace RFPs, assess submissions, and present recommendations to the Brand Committee.
• Monitor compliance platforms like Trackstreet for MAP and AOR violations and manage escalation strategies.
• Organize and carry out periodic test purchases to verify dealer compliance.
• Provide status updates to the Brand Committee and Field leadership while recommending updates to AOR policies.
• Supervise software and platforms that support AOR monitoring, communication, and reporting.
• Design and oversee customer feedback monitoring, analysis, and triage across social media, storefronts, marketplaces, media outlets, and forums.
• Ensure compliance of USD and CAD dealers and resellers with pricing policies, both online and offline.
• Manage MAP communications and policy updates; collaborate with Sales and Product teams to ensure accuracy of pricing and product data.
• Prevent deauthorized USD and CAD dealers and resellers from obtaining inventory for e-commerce resale.
• Work with Legal on intellectual property management and enforcement of AOR/MAP policies.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in e-commerce brand protection, channel/dealer management, marketplace operations, or a related field.
• Practical experience with online marketplaces and brand protection or compliance monitoring tools (e.g., Trackstreet or similar).
• Strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple programs, timelines, and cross-functional stakeholders concurrently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience in drafting communications for dealers and leadership.
• Proficient in Excel and reporting tools, with the ability to create clear, data-driven reports and visuals for leadership.
• Comfortable collaborating with Legal, Sales, Field, and Product teams on policy enforcement and escalation matters.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills for maintaining program documentation, agreements, and tracking systems.
