This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Develop and implement local brand activities for Canopy Medical, Spectrum Therapeutics, and Tweed in Germany.
• Oversee online marketing initiatives, newsletters, website content, and digital campaigns.
• Assist in the execution of telemedicine and e-commerce strategies in line with the country's commercial objectives.
• Collaborate with telemedicine and e-commerce partners on execution, including content creation, campaign assets, product visibility, launch communications, and enhancements to the customer journey.
• Manage compliant social media content and digital assets.
• Aid in product launches by providing brand communication, campaign materials, and sales tools.
• Develop and coordinate customer-facing materials for pharmacies, physicians, telemedicine partners, e-commerce platforms, and sales teams.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging, tone, and visual identity across all channels.
• Work together with Product Management, Sales, Regulatory, Medical, Customer Service, Operations, partners, and Global Brand teams.
• Align brand and launch initiatives with availability, timelines, packaging, supply considerations, and operational feasibility.
• Gather and organize market feedback to inform product development, portfolio enhancement, and launch strategies.
• Support trade shows, events, and customer engagement activities.
• Analyze competitor communications, market trends, and customer insights.
• Monitor basic campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Demonstrated experience and a degree in brand management, online marketing, product marketing, e-commerce, telemedicine execution, or campaign management.
• Excellent communication and copywriting abilities in both German and English.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, newsletters, website content, e-commerce strategies, and campaign execution.
• Capability to coordinate cross-functional execution with internal teams and external partners.
• Proficient in collecting, interpreting, and converting market feedback into actionable insights for product and brand development.
• Structured, proactive, and commercially focused working approach.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a regulated environment.
• Experience with operations, supply chain, e-commerce, telemedicine, or product development teams is advantageous.
• Background in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, cannabis, FMCG, or another regulated industry is a plus.
