This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Implement talent branding initiatives across organic and paid social media, events, partnerships, and community platforms.
• Collaborate with Talent and Marketing teams to tailor and disseminate content across key channels and formats.
• Organize TRM’s participation in conferences and events, including speaking opportunities, sponsorships, promotional materials, and logistical arrangements.
• Cultivate relationships with technical communities, professional networks, universities, and other talent stakeholders.
• Develop and facilitate community programs, such as meetups, panels, and virtual events.
• Oversee paid campaigns and sponsorships on LinkedIn, newsletters, and relevant technical communities.
• Monitor campaign effectiveness, community involvement, and impact on the talent pipeline.
• Utilize performance data to suggest enhancements for campaigns.
• Discover and evaluate new channels and programs to broaden outreach to target talent segments.
• Work alongside Marketing, Recruiting, and Leadership to serve as a liaison between TRM’s voice and the talent market.
• Deliver content promptly, assess performance within one week, refine strategies, and focus on measurable reach and influence on the talent pipeline.
• 3–6 years of experience in growth marketing, community marketing, employer branding, events, or a related discipline.
• Proven track record of executing campaigns across social media, community, event, or partnership channels.
• Strong project management capabilities with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives from conception to completion.
• Experience in supporting events, sponsorships, meetups, or community initiatives.
• Knowledge of paid social media and digital distribution, particularly on LinkedIn.
• Excellent written communication skills and the ability to modify content for different channels.
• Proficient in using data to assess performance and enhance campaigns.
• Demonstrated ownership and resourcefulness in a fast-paced growth environment.
• Experience engaging with engineering or technical audiences is a significant advantage.
• Familiarity with AI tools and agents to streamline workflows while ensuring quality.
• Minimum 4-hour overlap with EST business hours.
