This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead both internal and external brand experiences through impactful events and engagement activities.
• Develop experiences that vividly represent the brand for employees, clients, prospects, and practice partners.
• Collaborate with leaders, subject matter experts, sales teams, account teams, and marketing to ensure experiences align with business goals.
• Oversee event planning from inception to follow-up, including managing timelines, budgets, logistics, vendors, communications, and speaker support.
• Formulate strategies, select VIP touchpoints, gifting strategies, and personalized follow-up moments for key relationships, markets, and customers.
• Integrate projects, target profiles, and consumer insights across various categories, brands, and markets.
• Guarantee that execution prioritizes growth and ROI; assess ROI for strategic coherence and financial feasibility.
• Set KPIs for regional and national initiatives; review activation performance and implement corrective measures as needed.
• Recommend annual category activation budgets that encompass program costs, activation agencies, training, and implementation.
• Work together with brand teams on creative briefs, processes, and brand activation communications.
• Partner with customer marketing and customer development teams to ensure successful in-market activations.
• Take ownership of the strategy and execution of the biannual internal employee conference.
• Create internal engagement moments that enhance alignment, connection, culture, and awareness.
• Organize and implement client and prospect programs, including webinars, thought leadership sessions, virtual events, and regional experiences.
• Develop event themes, content, messaging, and attendee journeys.
• Evaluate engagement, feedback, and business impact to optimize future activations and foster cross-practice growth.
• Manage staff, including motivating, mentoring, training, and facilitating their development.
• Maintain accurate and complete information in accordance with the agency management system data standards.
• Execute duties in line with company policies, procedures, and applicable laws.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Master's Degree in MBA, Marketing, or a related field.
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Five (5) or more years of experience in a brand activation or marketing role, including managing brand campaigns.
• Experience in B2B, insurance, employee benefits, consulting, financial services, or professional services.
• Certified Marketing Management Professional.
• Highly organized, creative, and collaborative marketer with the ability to manage complex logistics while strategically considering audience experience, relationship-building, brand impact, and business outcomes.
• Strong project management capabilities with a proven ability to oversee timelines, budgets, vendors, stakeholders, and competing priorities.
• Excellent attention to detail and a polished, professional demeanor in experience design and event execution.
• Comprehensive knowledge of implementing and managing marketing strategies.
• Familiarity with CRM programs, with Salesforce preferred.
• Proficient in the MS Office Suite, Cvent, and email marketing tools such as Eloqua and Hubspot.
• Strong writing abilities with the capability to create compelling content.
