This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Oversee daily operations related to brand and manufacturer partnerships, ensuring compliance with pricing, cost, and pricing policies.
• Assist the SVP of Strategic Partnerships in managing key manufacturer relationships by creating materials, facilitating communications, and ensuring commitments are fulfilled.
• Take responsibility for the brand representation on online marketplaces and monitor the performance of the brand registry program.
• Collaborate with Marketing Operations to execute on-site listing strategies.
• Manage co-op marketing initiatives, which include partner oversight, reporting, fund acquisition, and reconciliation.
• Supervise the entire MAP violation process, which encompasses intake, triage, evidence collection, notifications, resolutions, and closures.
• Work with the Data Team on MAP detection algorithms, minimizing false positives, and generating reports.
• Create regular violation reports for leadership and brand partners.
• Maintain documentation for the MAP process and training resources, as well as onboard new participants.
• Oversee monthly cycles for MAP price updates, including file intake, validation, exception identification, data loading, reconciliation, and maintaining audit trails.
• Manage monthly updates for secondary supply pricing and costs, which involve manufacturer file validation, processing, reconciliation, variance investigations, reporting, and follow-up.
• A Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in partnerships, category or vendor management, pricing operations, or merchandising operations.
• Proven track record in managing recurring operational cycles with external dependencies, including file intake, validation, reconciliation, and exception management.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Power BI, or capable of achieving proficiency with assistance.
• Competent in analyzing extensive spreadsheets, reconciling pricing and cost files, and deriving actionable insights.
• Capable of defining requirements and collaborating with a data team to validate its outputs.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English.
• Ability to work during US-based EST, CST, or PST hours.

• No disciplinary actions concerning attendance, conduct, or performance in the past 90 days, and not facing potential actions.
