This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Supervise multiple practice directors and/or act as a Practice Director for a specific practice group.
• Inspire and guide all branch personnel.
• Propel incremental revenue growth for the branch in alignment with Robert Half objectives.
• Direct marketing initiatives and foster a culture of productive business generation.
• Coordinate cross-market activities across all practice groups.
• Oversee and manage the administrative operations of the branch office.
• Drive overall branch expansion through revenue-generating initiatives and the performance of multiple practice groups.
• Implement operational focus areas and ensure adherence to operational best practices.
• Attract, source, and recruit new staff members.
• Train, develop, and retain employees effectively.
• Cultivate a high-performing team and a positive business development environment.
• Identify and nurture high-potential talent.
• Meet revenue, margin, and operating income targets.
• Analyze financial business trends and execute suitable strategies.
• Foster collaborative relationships throughout the organization and the market.
• Motivate, inspire, and lead through personal example.
• Manage and facilitate change effectively.
• Resolve issues involving internal staff, clients, and candidates.
• Delegate responsibilities and conduct meetings, training sessions, and presentations.
• Design and implement customer retention and growth strategies.
• Cultivate customer loyalty through exceptional service.
• Advocate for an inclusive, positive, collaborative, and balanced branch culture.
• Mentor, coach, and develop team members.
• Commit to personal and team development and advancement.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years of management or equivalent experience is required.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Talent Manager is mandatory.
• Demonstrated success in roles as a Talent Manager or Practice Director.
• Experience in developing and managing budgets is essential.
• Proven track record in business generation and driving business development efforts.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities are necessary.
