Branch Accounts Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee the company’s portfolio of Banking, ATM, and Retail accounts within a specified market.

• Maintain and expand the designated book of business.

• Handle daily client inquiries with prompt responses.

• Serve as the intermediary between clients and Loomis branches.

• Organize, schedule, and engage in client review meetings.

• Meet with clients to ensure exceptional service quality.

• Address RFPs and other new business prospects in the assigned region.

• Collaborate closely with operations teams to create outstanding proposals.

• Present Loomis proposals and programs to prospective clients.

• Plan, execute, and support initiatives for rate increases.

• Report to the Senior Vice President – Branch Accounts, with a dotted-line report to the Region Vice President.

• Undertake other responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a focus in Business Management/Administration.

• At least 5 years of experience in sales and account management.

• Familiarity with Loomis systems including Go Green, SOFI, Synergy, and Glory.

• Strong understanding of branch operations is essential.

• P&L experience is advantageous.

• Willingness to travel within the designated territory, up to 50% as required for client meetings.

• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Ability to effectively engage with individuals at various levels within the organization and with external business partners.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel or similar software.

• Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
