BOPm Assembly Supervisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the assembly and installation of mechanical Balance of Plant (BOPm) systems at hydroelectric power plants, ensuring adherence to deadlines, contractual obligations, and quality standards.

• Work closely with site and construction managers to organize the sequence of activities, guaranteeing the availability of necessary workforce, tools, and resources.

• Assess the competency and performance of contractors, ensuring that operations strictly comply with procedures, technical specifications, and quality benchmarks.

• Ensure all operations are conducted in accordance with company safety standards and local regulations, protecting personnel and equipment.

• Keep technical drawings and documentation current, issuing Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and coordinating technical solutions with engineering teams.

• Train customer teams on system operation and provide continuous technical support during and after the assembly process.

• Encourage process reviews and the exchange of lessons learned with the engineering team to enhance future operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed technical education in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, electrotechnology, or related disciplines.

• Prior experience as a BOPm assembly supervisor at hydroelectric power plants.

• Intermediate proficiency in English is an advantage.

• Intermediate proficiency in Spanish.

• Willingness to undertake frequent international and domestic travel and assignments at project sites.
