Bodily Injury Adjuster

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Conduct investigations to verify the facts surrounding advanced automobile accidents.

• Assess coverage, liability, damages, and adjust as well as negotiate claims within designated authority limits.

• Manage all facets of advanced auto claims, including coverage, liability, and damages, exercising discretion and independence.

• Review, assess, and negotiate basic to moderate injury claims when applicable.

• Identify vehicle body components and potential property damage.

• Recognize customer needs and respond using suitable customer service skills.

• Evaluate subrogation or fraud potential and handle appropriately.

• Leverage increased experience at the Adjuster II level or through specialized rotations such as Coverage, Investigation Specialist, Total Loss, Initial Handler, or Extended Handler.

• Oversee complex claims for Georgia and/or Florida and contribute to positive claim outcomes and team performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience as an adjuster managing advanced automobile accident claims.

• In-depth knowledge of insurance policies, industry practices, and organizational relationships.

• Proven experience in investigating coverage, liability, and damages for advanced auto claims.

• Background in reviewing, evaluating, and negotiating basic to moderate injury claims, if applicable.

• Familiarity with vehicle body parts and potential property damage.

• Strong customer service skills.

• Capability to assess subrogation or fraud potential.

• Authorization to work in the United States.

• Must have a dedicated, distraction-free workspace when working from home.

• Reliable internet connection with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload.
