⛳️ Requirements

• Board Certified in Rheumatology

• Possession of a current, unrestricted Indiana Medical License

• Over 5 years of experience in clinical practice

• Attendance at all mandatory orientation and training sessions

• Maintenance of necessary credentialing, state licenses, and any certifications or requirements essential for job performance

• Initial training is provided, along with ongoing support for any inquiries related to the review process.
