• Board Certification required

• Valid, unrestricted medical license in New Mexico

• Over 5 years of clinical practice experience

• Attendance at all mandatory orientation and training sessions

• Responsible for maintaining appropriate credentialing, state licenses, and any certifications or prerequisites essential for job performance
