• Must be Board Certified.

• Possess a current and unrestricted medical license in New Mexico.

• Have at least 5 years of clinical practice experience.

• Attend all mandatory orientation and training sessions.

• Ensure proper credentialing, state licenses, and any certifications or requirements essential for the role are maintained.
