Board Certified Behavior Analyst, BCBA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Perform behavioral evaluations and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Oversee and mentor Behavior Technicians/RBTs.

• Review clinical data and make informed treatment decisions that promote significant progress.

• Partner with families, educational institutions, and multidisciplinary professionals.

• Assist and empower families through education and guidance.

• Aid children in developing communication, social, behavioral, and life skills.

• Collaborate closely with families and Behavior Technicians to ensure high-quality clinical care and mentorship.

• Deliver ABA services to children with autism and foster clinician success within a nurturing organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid BCBA certification is mandatory.

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related discipline.

• Active state Licensure (or the ability to obtain it) if required.

• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and behavioral interventions.

• Proven experience in developing and executing treatment plans.

• Proficient in analyzing data and modifying treatment approaches.

• Capability to mentor and support BTs/RBTs.

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

• Skilled at managing multiple tasks while delivering high-quality care.

• Experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred.
