Board Certified Behavior Analyst, BCBA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead engaging, interactive telehealth coaching sessions for parents, including guidance during family routines.

• Create tailored treatment plans and implement clinically suitable interventions.

• Support caregivers in structured parent training while providing constructive feedback on skill application.

• Host weekly virtual small-group coaching sessions accommodating up to eight families.

• Perform intake calls and conduct initial assessments.

• Ensure timely documentation in compliance with insurance, ethical, and regulatory standards.

• Engage in caseload reviews and track client progress.

• Contribute to the development of the program.

• Uphold licensure and regulatory compliance in states where services are delivered.

⛳️ Requirements

• Active BCBA certification in good standing (mandatory).

• Active or eligible for licensure in Georgia and/or other states served; having multi-state licensure is a plus.

• Experience in providing ABA services to children with autism spectrum disorder and their families.

• Strong clinical judgment along with excellent communication and caregiver-coaching abilities.

• Capability to formulate individualized treatment plans and offer effective clinical guidance.

• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to work autonomously.

• Reliable internet access and a private workspace that complies with HIPAA regulations.

• Previous experience in telehealth is preferred but not mandatory.
