Board Certified Behavior Analyst, BCBA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead virtual training sessions for parents, which includes live coaching during family dinners.

• Create and manage personalized treatment plans informed by intake data and caregiver feedback.

• Deliver structured educational experiences and tailored feedback through MomVersity's Live Learning Hub.

• Facilitate weekly small-group coaching meetings, accommodating up to 8 families.

• Conduct initial intake calls and formulate family support strategies.

• Ensure precise clinical documentation and adherence to regulatory standards.

• Work collaboratively with the clinical team to track progress and enhance program development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid BCBA certification in good standing (mandatory).

• Georgia licensure or eligibility, and/or licensure in other states served; multi-state licensure is advantageous.

• Experience in supporting children with autism and their families.

• Excellent communication, caregiver-coaching, and ability to work independently.

• Access to reliable internet and a private, HIPAA-compliant workspace.

• Experience with telehealth is preferred, but not essential.
