Board Certified Behavior Analyst, BCBA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide real-time, virtual coaching for parents, including family dinner coaching via Zoom.

• Create and manage tailored treatment plans that address caregiver concerns and intake details.

• Offer structured educational content through the MomVersity Live Learning Hub and deliver personalized feedback to caregivers in 1:1 sessions.

• Facilitate weekly small-group coaching meetings with up to 8 families in each group.

• Conduct initial intake calls and formulate individualized support plans.

• Ensure precise and timely clinical documentation in compliance with insurance and regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with the clinical team to provide updates on caseloads, client progress, and ongoing program enhancements.

• Confirm that services adhere to relevant state-specific regulatory and licensure standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Active BCBA certification in good standing is required.

• Must be actively licensed or eligible for licensure in Georgia and/or other states served; multi-state licensure is advantageous.

• Experience in delivering ABA services to children with autism and their families is essential.

• Excellent communication skills and a compassionate, supportive approach to caregiver coaching.

• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.

• Must have reliable internet access and a private, HIPAA-compliant telehealth workspace.

• Experience with telehealth is beneficial but not mandatory.
