Board Certified Behavior Analyst, BCBA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Facilitate virtual training sessions for parents, which include live coaching during family dinners.

• Create and manage personalized treatment plans informed by intake details and caregiver feedback.

• Deliver structured learning experiences and tailored feedback via MomVersity's Live Learning Hub.

• Conduct weekly small-group coaching sessions accommodating up to 8 families.

• Perform initial intake calls and formulate family support strategies.

• Ensure precise clinical documentation and adherence to regulatory standards.

• Work collaboratively with the clinical team to track progress and enhance program development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Current BCBA certification in good standing (mandatory).

• Georgia licensure or eligibility, and/or licensure in additional states served.

• Proven experience with children diagnosed with autism and their families.

• Excellent communication, caregiver-coaching, and self-directed work abilities.

• Dependable internet connection and a private workspace that complies with HIPAA regulations.

• Experience in telehealth is preferred, but not mandatory.
