Board Certified Behavior Analyst, BCBA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Create tailored programming that emphasizes communication, independence, and self-advocacy.

• Employ a neuroaffirming, assent-based, trauma-informed, and ethical approach to care.

• Perform intake evaluations, including functional behavioral assessments and skills evaluations.

• Develop positive behavioral treatment and skill acquisition plans with personalized objectives.

• Oversee and mentor ABA technicians.

• Implement, demonstrate, and monitor individualized behavior support and skill plans alongside ABA technicians.

• Facilitate discussions with families to ensure parents comprehend assessment findings and treatment suggestions.

• Seek professional development through mentorship and continuous training.

⛳️ Requirements

• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential.

• Qualified to supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT).

• 2 to 3 years of experience in the ABA field, working with a diverse age range.

• Capable of expressive and receptive communication for all job-related responsibilities.
