Board Certified Behavior Analyst, BCBA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Perform behavioral assessments and create tailored treatment plans.

• Develop and execute behavior intervention strategies and skill acquisition programs.

• Review client data to assess treatment efficacy and adjust programs as clinically necessary.

• Offer remote clinical supervision, support, and guidance to RBTs and other clinical personnel.

• Collaborate with on-site staff to ensure effective execution of treatment plans and clinical strategies.

• Employ Behavior Skills Training to instruct, mentor, and enhance staff proficiency.

• Provide clinical oversight, mentorship, training, and professional development assistance to RBTs and other team members seeking BCBA or other advanced clinical credentials, as required.

• Track client progress and revise treatment plans and programming as necessary.

• Educate and assist parents, caregivers, and other members of the treatment team in ABA techniques.

• Work alongside educational teams, related service providers, and additional professionals as suitable.

• Keep precise clinical records and evaluate client data to confirm treatment effectiveness.

• Engage in clinical, center, and professional development meetings as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Current BCBA certification is mandatory.

• Strong leadership abilities and teamwork skills.

• Experience with children diagnosed with autism and developmental disabilities.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong organizational and time management capabilities.

• Capacity to work independently as well as in a team setting.

• Ability to function effectively and independently in a remote setting while providing supervision, support, and collaboration to clinical staff.

• Capability to lift up to 40 lbs.

• Proficiency in kneeling, squatting, and engaging in active movement during sessions.

• Capacity to perform computer-based tasks for extended durations.
