Board Certified Behavior Analyst, BCBA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Design, implement, and oversee personalized ABA therapy programs.

• Utilize evidence-based ABA techniques such as positive reinforcement, shaping, prompt fading, and task analysis.

• Develop behavior intervention and skill acquisition plans customized for each client.

• Supervise and offer feedback and continuous support to Registered Behavior Technicians.

• Lead cross-disciplinary teams in the implementation of client treatment plans.

• Administer assessments like ABLS-RR and AFLS, and formulate goals based on the results.

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments, Behavior Support Plans, and Behavior Reduction Plans.

• Serve, communicate, and collaborate as a member of an interdisciplinary team.

• Deliver training and education to staff, caregivers, and other stakeholders.

• Engage in treatment meetings, staff meetings, and professional development opportunities.

• Provide direct RBT supervision in accordance with BACB standards, which includes observation, performance feedback, competency assessments, and guidance.

• Manage data collection systems, analyze behavioral data, and make data-driven decisions alongside families and care teams.

• Advocate for and adhere to CHS safety culture, practices, and policies.

⛳️ Requirements

• BCBA certification is required, though candidates nearing certification within three months may be considered.

• Must meet Supervisor Requirements as established by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).

• Must be licensed or eligible to obtain licensure through the State of Missouri.

• Must be credentialed or eligible for credentialing through private insurance companies.

• Proficient in Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• A valid driver’s license is required.

• Proof of personal valid vehicle insurance is necessary.

• TB Assessment and/or requirements must be met.

• Applicants must reside in the service area.

• Supervisory experience is preferred.
