BMS Commissioning – Integration Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Commission and enhance BMS projects and modifications at client sites.

• Create service reports, conduct site surveys, and prepare commissioning documentation.

• Occasionally perform planned preventative maintenance on BMS systems with assistance from the service team engineers.

• Execute fault finding and complex system diagnostics on Honeywell BMS systems.

• Establish strong customer relationships and provide exceptional service.

• Travel across Scotland as needed, primarily within the Central Belt region.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in servicing and commissioning BMS systems.

• Familiarity with various BMS platforms.

• Ideally, experience with Tridium/Niagara.

• Knowledge of BACnet, Modbus, LON, or similar communication protocols.

• Experience in integrating multiple systems with one another and with a unified head end.

• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding capabilities.

• Solid understanding of HVAC controls.

• Electrically competent.

• Ability to modify current control strategies.
