BizOps Manager, Supply Chain

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and enhance supply chain models to boost the reliability of COGS and capacity forecasts.

• Take ownership of S&OP and variance analyses.

• Lead the preparation for monthly business reviews and OKR meetings.

• Align stakeholders and leadership on the operational strategy and performance metrics.

• Identify, prioritize, and implement cross-functional initiatives to enhance operational metrics.

• Create and maintain KPI dashboards for monitoring daily, weekly, and monthly performance trends.

• Provide supply chain assumptions for the financial model and collaborate with Finance on integrated planning.

• Convert complex analyses into succinct presentations for executives and cross-functional partners.

• Report directly to the VP of BizOps and collaborate as a peer with the existing BizOps team.

⛳️ Requirements

• BS/MS Degree in a quantitative or computational discipline.

• 5-7+ years of experience in data analytics within corporate, consulting, or investment banking environments.

• Outstanding communication skills for engaging both technical and non-technical audiences.

• High level of proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides.

• Expertise in SQL is essential.

• Knowledge of R and/or Python is preferred.

• Exceptional skills in thought partnership and the ability to establish credibility with stakeholders.

• Strong statistical analysis capabilities.

• Experience in addressing challenges in consumer-facing and internal product areas.

• Familiarity with Google Cloud platforms is preferred.
